What was the highlight of The Resident Covent Garden
Loved it - would definitely come back
The staff was amazing - so welcoming and helpful. I was a bit worried about the twin beds that were still pushed together like a king bed (traveling with a friend), but the staff came and separated them by a foot and somehow that made it feel better. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was fantastic - great pressure! The location can’t be beat - we loved walking around Covent Garden and the staff was helpful with recommendations and directions. I also appreciated having filtered water available in the room.
The price was a bit steep - £470, but we were stuck due to a flight cancellation and ended up being really happy with the hotel.

The location was the best possible. The room was clean. The amenities were very good with kitchenette, iron, soaps, teas. The bed was comfortable. The room was very quiet. The staff was friendly and ready and willing to help and advise.
